    Join Alice, our Director of Training, for a 10 minute Core workout. All you need is a yoga mat or carpeted surface to lie on and a single 5 lb dumbbell or weight of your choice!

    Join Sharona for a 10 minute core workout! All you will need is a yoga mat!

  • CORE 10

    Join Alice for a 10 minute workout for your obliques and core! This workout uses a yoga mat and a set of 3lb weights, but you could also use 1lb, 5lb or whatever you have at home.

    Join Simone for a 10min standing ab workout using a set of 3lb weights!

    Join Alice for a 10 minute Advanced Core workout using two gliding discs. If you don't have gliders at home, you can use towels on hard wood floors or plastic plates/tupperware lids on carpet!

    Join Simone for a 10 minute core workout. All you need is a 9 - 12 inch soft pilates ball. If you don't have a pilates ball, we suggest you use a pillow or cushion as a substitute.
